Scanning in Your Photo

If you have access to a scanner you can easily send us your image digitally without parting with the original hard copy. Be sure to read the manual, as each scanner works slightly differently - but its usually very straightforward:

1. Turn on your scanner and check the glass is completely clean

2. Place your photo on the glass, positioning as indicated on the glass

3. Open the program your computer uses to scan images

4. Change the resolution to the highest quality for your image size

5. Some scanning software allow you to crop and preview your image

6. Scan the image and save it as a Jpeg

7. Upload your image to Photo in Canvas
