Direct sunlight is not good for your new photo canvas. Our ink jet system is able to delay the effect of strong sunlight on your canvas print but eventually the colours will begin to fade and the clarity will be lost. By keeping your canvas print out of direct sunlight you can vastly prolong its life.
High quality canvas prints require very little maintenance, but it is recommended you regularly dust them to prevent a build up on the surface of the canvas. A build up of dust can make your canvas look lacklustre and dull.
For best effect simply brush with a soft brush, chemicals and detergents will only serve to damage your canvas print.
Your canvas would prefer to be kept in a constant temperature and away from moisture. Fluctuations in temperature can cause your canvas to expand and contract, meaning that over time it becomes ill fitting on its frame. Avoid hanging them over fireplaces that are in use, and in conservatories which get very hot and cold.
Remember of you need to store your photo canvas away during a house move or redecoration don't forget to pack it flat with nothing on top of it. Once your photo canvas gets knocked out of shape the canvas itself will stretch and not be able to sit on the frame correctly.
