Are the colours on screen in a digital photo replicated exactly on canvas?

We do our utmost to ensure the colour match is exact, but due to the varying quality of computer screens you may notice minor variations in colour in your photo canvas print.

Why do you state that your canvas photo prints are such high quality?

This is because we only use the very highest quality materials, machinery, inks and tools. We only use very high grade canvases printed on state of the art printers with manufacturer's premium inks. The finished canvas is guaranteed not to fade for over 100 years under normal conditions.

What material do you print your canvases on?

We print on high quality 360gsm canvas.

What is the frame depth of the canvas frames used?

The canvas frame depth is 1.5 inches (3.8cm) depth, made from European pine.

When will my order be despatched?

For all orders placed before 1pm, we will despatch your order the same day. All others will be dispatched within 24 hours latest. (Monday - Friday) There may be exceptions where proof approval is required and/or there are issues with customer imagery. In all cases photoincanvas will communicate promptly to ensure the canvas is despatched as soon as possible.
