Standard next day delivery is FREE on all orders* (delivery between 08:00 - 17:30)
For all orders in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland delivery is £15.00.
For all orders in Northern Island, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly delivery is £20.00.

For orders placed before 1pm, we will despatch your order the same day. All other orders (with the exception of montages) will be despatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). In busy periods, montage orders will be despatched within 48 hours.
There may be exceptions where proof approval is required and/or there are issues with customer imagery. In all cases photoincanvas will communicate promptly to ensure the canvas is despatched as soon as possible.
We despatch all canvases (with the exception of montages) within 24 hours via a next day delivery service. If you order by 1.00pm, your canvas is despatched the same day which means you will receive your canvas the next working day (Monday to Friday). In busy periods, montage orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receiving your order.
For all orders placed before 1pm we will dispatch the same day via the Next Day Courier service. We will send you an email with a link to the courier website in order for you wo track your order. If your having difficulties tracking your order, please email us at email@example.com or call us on 0800 630 0610 between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Yes you will need to sign for delivery unless you have left us special delivery instructions to leave your canvas in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If you are not in when the courier attempts to deliver your canvas, please refer to the delivery card posted through your door, which will detail which post office you can collect your parcel from.
At Photo in Canvas we pride ourselves on our quality workmanship, so this is a question we are rarely asked! However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault with your canvas, please advise us within 24 hours of receipt so we can log your complaint. We require the canvas is returned to us, via a recorded delivery service, so it can be assessed for repair or refund. Due to the custom nature of the product we regret we are unable to give refunds. In the unlikely event of manufacturing fault, it will be repaired.
